I own a beautiful house outside of Baltimore, MD (near Owings Mills) that sits on a very private 3-acre wooded lot. The house has 4-bdrms, 3.5 bthrms, 2-car garage, full-basement w/ a media room, office, gym and bathroom. Hot tub in the woods and a blue stone back patio. The house is within 20 miles of Fort Meade and 25 miles or so to Downtown Baltimore but sits in a country area -- very private -- neighbor has 15 or so acres w/ horses. The house is 5 years old and is in great condition - lots of extras. I am the original owner.

I'm trying to sell the house at a list price of $670,000. However, the market in MD for this price range is very slow so, I decided to try posting an ad for swapping. I'm interested in a permanent swap for a similar value SFH further south. Below is the list of cities / towns I will consider.

Charleston (Mount Pleasant area only), SC
Hilton Head, SC
Savannah, Georgia
Florida - Boyton Beach, Boca, Lauderdale (and surrounding areas)

Here's how I see this working. We do a temp swap for 3-6 months to allow you and I the opportunity to see if we truly like each other's house, community....then we make it a perm swap. Please no scams or real estate agents trying to show or sell me a house -- unless you're an agent that has a house to swap don't bother. Only reply if you're serious -- no condos or townhomes unless you offer multiple properties. I am willing to go up or down in value to some extent with the respective party making up the difference. So if you have to move to MD for work this may be the opportunity for you. My house is within easy commuting distance to Baltimore, Fort Meade, Columbia, Elliott City, Owings Mills, and more.

We are a family of 3, (me, my wife, our 2 month old son) with a small-to-medium size older dog. Looking for a similar sized apt, condo or house in downtown Baltimore.

It is on the first floor of a 5 story condo bldg. 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Perugia, and 15 min. min walk from the University for foreigners, (Universita' per Stranieri)
It is modestly furnished with a new queen bed and armoire system in main bedroom, entirely new kitchen, and currently there is a sofa bed in 2d bedroom. Lots of light, naturally cool in the summer.

Utilities can be pre-paid estimates, or pay as you go.

Time of swap needs to be at least 6 months, and could be renewable for up to 3 years.
